Enjoy a full day at the Fattoria Santo Stefano with a cooking experience in a "hand's on" clasof a principal recipes from a Tuscan cookery tradition basically on fresh egges pasta or gnocchi ; after the cooking the clients can eat what it has been prepared. Following an interesting wine tour with the explanation of the method's of the wine making and visit in the vineyards and into the 2 cellars; this tour end with a rich tasting of all wines produced and olive oil extra virgin accompained by a varietes of apetizers ( bruschetta, ham, pecorino cheese, olives)
